Wetland and Stream Credits in the Upper Oconee

Restoring water. Supporting growth.

Our mission is to restore the health and function of Georgia’s streams and wetlands while supporting responsible growth across the Upper Oconee, Broad, Little, and Ocmulgee service areas.

The Diamond C Ranch Mitigation Bank is a large-scale ecological restoration project located in Jackson County, Georgia. Spanning over 400 acres in the Upper Oconee watershed, the project restores and preserves degraded streams, wetlands, and riparian buffers to generate high-quality mitigation credits. Designed to support sustainable development across a rapidly growing region, the bank provides credits across the Upper Oconee, Broad, Little, and Ocmulgee service areas..
